Gurl, you got me in tears as I can relate to the weight struggle postpartum. I am the heaviest I have ever been and my brain is being awful to me when I see myself in the mirror and photos/videos. First you look gorgeous! Your hair looks so healthy and your body is tea. But girl I UNDERSTAND the emotional struggle. Being a bigger girl and all that comes with it, trips can be very triggering. And I want to validate that you have just recovered from creating a human, surgery, and learning to navigate being a mom for the first time. So going on a trip that, from my perspective, was more work out then relaxing 😅 obviously would be a struggle on anyone’s body! Multiple workouts and hikes… damn girl. You did that 👏

Please if you see this Stop being so unkind to yourself! You are so beautiful truly. I am 50. Never been larger but beat myself up for everything else physically. I saw things that no one else saw. Things that I thought flaws people said how beautiful. It is hard but you really do need to love you first then the distorted vision you have will stop.
