If the company fails to do so, it must refund the vehicle's cost (₹18.29 lakh), RTO charges (₹1,86,850), and insurance premium (₹34,644)—amounting to a total of ₹20,50,494. Additionally, the company is required to pay ₹1 lakh for mental agony and ₹10,000 towards litigation costs.
