Rae have Chad build stalls on the back of the barn, he can attach a roof over them and feed everyone in their on stall. He could also build a shelter like he had for the alpacas in your pasture so when it’s hot they can be in a covered area with air flow. It’s going to be okay you will figure it all out. ❤

Horse owner for 59 yrs. Separate feeding areas. Had 19 horses a one time each had a stall and fed separately. Also reduces food aggression. Set it up and bring her back.

Awe, Rae, we understand this is a hard decision. No one loves your animals more than you and Chad. But you know it is for the best. All the animals will be ok. You'll be ok too. Unfortunately, Separation of your horses and cows is necessary for all the reasons you know already. Having horses with your mini-cattle won't work like having a donkey with the Longhorns.
