Hi Sarah, I also have issues with my back and also involved in weight loss. I have lost a fair share of weight and one thing which has helped me which I would suggest is yoga and body weight mild exercises mixed with weight training with less kgs. I am suggesting as it has worked. love your videos❤❤

Dearest sarah, I haven’t finished the whole vlog yet but please take care of your health. You have been feeling the burn out frequently this year is what I noticed through your vlogs and i know there must be a lot going on that we might not see. I just wanna tell you a couple of things you are your own boss you run your own company lot of us who work in corporate doesn’t have the option to set strict work life boundaries but you do so please try to manage your schedule better and secondly i know its a start up and you might not have a bandwidth right now to do it but may be hire a good experienced business head or like business strategist that person will bring you a different perspective on handling stuff and will be really helpful to you so that you can also take a break and don’t exhaust yourself. At the end of the day everything is still in your hands don’t exhaust yourself if you keep up with the way you are functioning there’s literally no point in being your own boss and building a brand so please take care of yourself and we love you more power to you. #Sarahsquad
