The funniest part of the airport matching the Toronto Pearson airport is that the Toronto Pearson airport is located in the Greater Toronto Area or as it's referred to here in Canada, The GTA.
Ahh shieet, here we go again
A part of my childhood still lives in San Andreas
The lights are to call Rohan in times of war.
17:20 we do put beacon lights onto mountains for aircraft navigation, at least around airports that are flanked by mountains. Same reason there are those red balls on power lines. But the beacons usually flash red light, instead of emitting a solid white light. Still though, very much a real equipment. Check out chapter 2, section 2 of the FAA's AIM (Air Navigation and Obstruction Lighting).
Appreciate you using the og version.
I never really clocked the way that having to return to Grove Street to save reinforces the way it feels like home, but now you've said it it makes total sense. It helps explain why you end up feeling so unmoored when you get exiled from Los Santos.
The massive radar dish is intended to be a radio telescope for researching outer space. They are frequently used in the desert since man-made signals such as FM radios and garage door openers might interfere with them
"A bit of a tricky merge" got me
Entire childhood of GTA Myths and this is the first time I've seen the mountain lights.
"Closet thing to feeling like a lost penny" Never something I have thought about but low key thats a vibe
30:58 the name for that feeling/realization is called "sonder" Like being on the highway and realizing that evey car around you has at least one person in it that has a whole reason to be on the same road, in their particular car, at the same time as you
I know this map better than my own home city
33:33 this overpass is modeled after a real place! It's called The Stack. There's no parking lot directly underneath it, but the parking lot for the local PBS station KLCS is tucked into one of its corners.
17:38 lights of Gondor, informs you that your hood is under the attack
Hello Austin have a great afternoon
33:44 Six overpasses layered on top of each other is basically just Houston highways. It’s a mess here.

Why do they keep saying “listener”? I don’t know. But the underpants are goated regardless. ALSO: I'll be at Open Sauce (nerd convention) this weekend in San Francisco(ish). July 18-19. Not doing anything formal but I will be walking around, so don't hesitate to say hi if you see me out and about.
30:00 A bank in Palomino creek, a liquor store in blueberry, a betting shop in montgomery and a gas station in dillimore!
Road trip across the whole state of san Andreas in either a truck or bus was my favorite thing to do in GTA san Andreas, and I used to pretend filling up on that exact gas station
