I’m also the kind of person who feels bad when people show an effort for me. I rarely feel like that when other people have special things done for them though. I would never say a baby shower is overdoing it. You are about to give up so much of yourself for that baby boy. It’ll be worth it but a little pampering (no pun intended) beforehand isn’t anything to worry about. I’m glad you’re loved enough that it hits you in an emotional way.

It was so refreshing hearing that someone else struggles with the guilt of things being “too much trouble” or like people don’t need to do those things for you. I also have never seen a baby shower as cute as this, so they did an amazing job and you deserve every bit of it!
