Raines is lying about guarantee and warranty. They sold me defective appliance , or might have been damaged in transit because they used a regular bus to transport. Then when I reached out they started saying it was user error, suggesting I don’t know how to use it , then they said bring it, which I had to pay to transport to take it to them, then they wanted to repair a so called brand new appliance because yes it was broken(I got a new broken item which made me wonder if it was really brand new as they claim) , they absolutely refused to refund and take it back. They wanted to repair so called brand new item with some random part . Plus they tried to charge me for transport after they said it was free or included in the $600+. Like DHL or something which was half the cost of appliance. It to mention they promised the transaction would take a few days (4 I believe) but ended up taking over a month for the broken thing to arrive. They kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow .it was the most nightmare transaction I have ever had. Not to mention they kept blue ticking and promising to do something and just not do it. I eventually chose my mental health and stopped talking to them and just accepted I got scammed. And had to rebuy same appliance twice.
