I was just thinking about why I watch your videos. So here are some of my favorite things 1. No buy room makeovers. A lot of us will already have what we need and want. We just need a lay out that is better, more aesthetically pleasing and/or functional. Honestly I think this is your best trait as a designer you know where to put s*** and how to stylize it. 2. Personally you present as authentic. Where you don't make everything perfect or fake and then put it on camera. If you're unsure you say that. You're funny you add humor to your videos. 3. I do love seeing your period home and how you are decorating it.

In one of your last design makeover video (the backyard), there’s was a kind of vlogy vibe. Especially at the end, while you where having dinner with family. It was really great and I feel like it bridged the gab between your past vlogs and your interior design content. It felt authentically you, I recognized your style, and I think it’s a great middle ground. I don’t feel like i miss the vlog when you film/edit this way. Keep up the good work!

Your Xmas vlog with the letter to your violin teacher and the Robert Frost poem was one of the most moving episodes you created. I wept with the nostalgia of life and in the beauty of honoring through a letter someone who influenced your younger self. I am grateful for that magnificent and poetic Christmas vlog.
