The “correct” answer is jumping out of the blender. This is because different species of animals tend to be able to jump at the same height. The smaller the animal is, the less weight it needs to push off the ground, but they also have less muscle. So assuming mini you can also jump to this height, you can just jump out. Though I doubt this explanation would still work for an actual scaled down human.

I hate the 'jump out' answer because it's actually worse than other common answers while pretending to be smart. Either we ignore physics and treat the scenario as one where effectively it's a giant blender, therefore I cannot jump out, or we keep physics (the case that allows big jumps) in which case I die because the human body is incompatible with being that small. You can't decide to keep the parts of physics that allow the fake-smart answer while ignoring the physics that makes the scenario itself impossible.
