Just sayin... Balloon releases are one of the WORST environmental disasters... Killing birds, land creatures, water fowl, fish. They pose a real & serious threat to aviation. Did I mention litter & trash in fields, cities & in our waterways? There are alternative & other creative, beautiful options for remembrance/celebration gatherings.
Please don’t take this wrong. I’m so very sorry for the loss of your sister. I do hope your balloons are biodegradable. I know how you feel about letting balloons go in remembrance of our loved ones, I’m also concerned for the wildlife that could choke on some balloon fragments. I understand the loss of a sibling, I lost my oldest brother when I was 14, he was 26. I was just getting to know him again. 😢

Have you not gotten the message to not let ballons go... they are so dangerous to our environment. How would you like it if random people left junk in your yard and your dog or cat ate the string and chocked on it and it made them sick.
When are you guys moving to California. *Please stop contributing to pollution by releasing balloons in the air just to drop elsewhere as pollution. There are other ways to have a celebration of life WITHOUT polluting our world. Polluting has fines!
