OHMYGOD HE HAS FINISHED A SERIES
Watch him forget that he played this in a couple years
The ending still hits like a ton of bricks even 5 years later
Once again, Mark overcomplicated it by convincing himself that he has to drop the axe
Would love to see a fan animation of every time Mark messes up, with Six growing increasingly more frustrated, resulting in her dropping him. Edit: Always love when people still discuss games released years ago, really shows the intricate work Tarsier & other developers put in.
10:06 No, he did not, it’s crazier, if you look behind Mono you’ll notice the manhole he previously exited from is still behind him. Mono didn’t teleport to the tower, he grabbed the tower and dragged it towards himself. Mono’s power is crazy and it didn’t take long for a lot of us to realize Mono always had the power to destroy the Tower had Six not still been trapped inside.
Absolutely love that he broke his 'every other day' post
15:29 OW MY HEART, the fact his first instincts were to try and comfort her and hold her hand
There is an after credits scene, but only if one finds and collects all the glitched shadows - after transmission "portal", Six emerges from a TV, meeting her own glitched shadow. The shadow points at the promotional flyer for the Maw (the boat everything plays out in the first game), as Six feels hunger.
he FINNALY got the cinematic first try chase scene he always wanted right at the end.
His interpretation of why Six dropped him makes some sense. Six removes the hat, no? Canonically he wears a mask the whole time till he confronts the Thin Man. Maybe she saw the Thin Man in him at that moment. Of course, I also see all the speculation and dev comments that indicate there was no small measure of anger towards him. Little Nightmares I was about Hunger, and the extremes that come from it. Little Nightmares II was… escapism. The Thin Man captured her, yes, but she was peaceful… even as a monster, she felt at peace, and was enraged when Six broke her peace, even if it was for her own good. Combine that long, ponderous stare into his face as she caught him that last time, and the remnant anger for him shattering her happy dream, and yeah… She’s definitely a vengeful, amoral sort, as well, though that can likely be blamed on the world they’re in. But we see her kill a Bully, and breaking mannequin fingers, and more, though Mark didn’t burn the Doctor so he didn’t see her warming her hands as he screamed. With that in mind, she took “revenge” on Mono. Even if it was with the best intentions, it all comes down to perspective…
Mark really out here spoiling us with his consistent uploads.
I'm gonna miss this series, this was so special
Only 9 years until he plays the third game
Mark wanting to let go of the axe for absolutely no reason is hilarious to me
"Am I the Slender Man?" will be the new "Was that the bite of 87?"
Subtitle for this video: Mark’s stubborn gameplay style vs the game’s stubborn control scheme
20:55 Just realized this moment symbolizes the first door that mono breaks and what causes six to leave her comfort zone
37:17 years there’s only an after credit scene if you managed to get all the ghost people. It shows your one finding out about the boat and getting hungry…
everyone congratulate Markiplier on the GoPro sponsorship
