9:02 for those curious why the gravel fell, the flashlight is coded simply to temporarily place invisible light source blocks in any available spaces in the direction the player is looking. It’s the easiest way to code flashlights in Minecraft, but when it places the invisible light source blocks (an actual block, not modded) it triggers a calculation update in the surrounding blocks. When floating gravel is has its calculations updated, it triggers changes into its falling state and in doing so causes other floating gravel near it do the same. Same logic goes for any gravity block.
