Claire is fed up with the overcrowded, filthy house where strange gunk even builds up in the kitchen sink, so she orders Haley, Alex and Luke that one of them has to move out. Each child comes up with excuses to avoid leaving, and Luke even pretends he can’t bear to be apart from his best friend to dodge the task. Phil and Claire grow sentimental in private, dreading the family drifting apart once the kids move away. Claire admits all she wants is to stay in their own home with all her children. Soon after, Alex comes home and announces her research team is being transferred to Switzerland with housing fully covered by the company, which perfectly solves her housing dilemma. Right after that, Haley and Dylan volunteer to move out too; Dylan earns extra cash by participating in clinical trials to afford a small apartment, though they once miscalculated their savings and mistakenly thought they had a million dollars. Finally, Luke shares his great news that he’s been accepted to the University of Oregon and will leave for college. All three kids confirm they’re moving out, leaving Phil and Claire filled with a mix of pride and sorrow. The whole family sighs that their years of warm daily life under one roof are about to change. Disclaimer: This video is for entertainment and fair use purposes only. A good but sad ending to a great show
Thats exactly why I will never make my daughters move out. They are and will be welcome for as long as they want to be. I got kicked out at 18 and it ruined my relationship with my parents
Haley knew it was not a work thing
As someone who lost his mother a year ago, I know how much the silence in the house is gonna bother Claire and Phil...
It was so unfair to ask Luke or Alex to move out when they were single young adults trying to become independent whereas Haley had two children and brought her BD to her parents' house to live off of them.
I'm so disappointed with how they regressed Haley's character & ruined Andy's character. She matured so much over years. Became more dependable, more responsible, self-reliant, built up a strong work ethic. Just for the writers to erase it all away, smh
They left the porch light on 😢
Careful what you wish for
Omg I just realized how much I love my asian household. It's liked you're forever welcome there, parents would rather be sad that the children would move out on their own once they marry
"Help me, it's working." 😂 Phil is funny asf
I'd never kick my kids out. I like the hispanic style of living situations where the famiy only gets bigger over time.
I really didn't like Hailey's ending. She had so much potential to succeed, and I feel like she deserved so much better. And Alex ending up with her sister's ex? I hated that. It was honestly so unnecessary and kind of gross. There was no reason to make him date her sister after everything that happened.
Sometimes the kids need a little push to become the best people they can be from their parents but I'm sure it is very sad, but it makes holidays more special and house filled with family and grandchildren. ❤😂
"Me and Dylan checked the math and found out we have $1,000,000!" "But then Alex checked the math and found out we don't,but we have enough for a cute apartment!!" Is so funny to me😂
This is exactly " be careful what you wish for, bc you might just get it"
Haley should've ended up with Andy
“The hours are long but the mazes are fun” 😂
They left out the best part when they leav the porch light on. To symbolise that theyre always welcome home
I am amazed no one has acknowledged sinky
What happend to Cam and Mitchell?
