Congratulations on your Collab with Robert and James Welsh! I can’t believe you’re going to be right in my backyard in Los Angeles! You have no idea how much I would love to do a meet and greet and finally meet you and the twins, but financially it’s not within my reach. I hope you have a wonderful time and hopefully there will be a next time!
As a former casual consumer of CT (I’ve used like two products), I can now only associate her and her brand with complaining about dupes and not about the actual products which is really, really bad. Now I will never give a product of hers a chance again. It’s also hilarious because the more she talks about dupes, the more attention she gives them and turns more customers away when they discover the same thing for a quarter of the price.

I genuinely don't think I've ever tried a Charlotte Tilbury product and was blown away. However if a drugstore brand can do the same thing for $7.99 I'm going with the drugstore.

I understand Charlotte is very frustrated because who would want their make up line duped?Nobody, they want to corner the market. Well, she hasn’t and nobody can so we wake up and smell the coffee Charlotte. just be happy with the success that you have and will probably continue to have.
Charlotte, if they can't afford your product they weren't going to be a customer anyway. I'm sure she loses nothing with dupes because no one buying dupes was going to by her stuff 🤷♀️
Oh Charlotte. If you weren’t threatened by these dupes, and the fact they are indeed performing as well, if not better than yours, you certainly wouldn’t be out there yapping about it on the regular. Everyone knows your products are priced higher solely because of nicer packaging, and your name on that packaging.
