Hi Gagan Bhai, I need your advice regarding my Tata Curvv Petrol Accomplished (DCA). I bought this car just one year ago, but out of that year, it has spent almost **4 months in Tata service centers**. Since delivery, I've faced one issue after another: • Side window malfunction • AC Auto mode not working • Frequent transmission error warnings • Rear drum brake noise (still unresolved) • Sparks from the fuse box • Engine shutting off while driving on the highway • Auto headlight dipper/high-beam issue (still unresolved) • New problems appearing after previous repairs In the last month alone, I've visited Tata service centers **6–7 times**, and I've tried **three different Tata service centers**, but the problems are still not properly resolved. What's even more disappointing is the quality of the repairs. After servicing, I've found loose panels, improperly fitted parts, and even screws left inside the car. Every visit seems to create a new issue instead of fixing the old ones. I genuinely liked the Curvv when I bought it, but this ownership experience has been extremely frustrating. Instead of enjoying a new car, I've spent most of my time following up with service centers. Could you please suggest what I should do next? Should I escalate this to Tata Motors' higher management, approach the consumer forum, or pursue another option? I would really appreciate your guidance, and if possible, please consider highlighting cases like this so customers can get proper support. Thank you, Gagan Bhai.
