I just saw something about the guy who invented the part that allows you to do that. I cant rememeber if it was like a 90 day fiancée clip or super cheap skate. But i jist saw it last week

oh i would LOVE to be a 4th in this one! my 1992 Convertible Mustang does NOT have any form of lockout to move the roof. So i can floor it and put the roof up at the same time. the only limiting factor would be wind resistance on the top.

I feel like this wouldve been more accurate by first driving then stop to raise the roof.

Actually thought this was kind of interesting. A great idea. Doesn't tell you anything useful, but it's interesting all the same.

My MX-5 would have won. Roof up in 1 second, 60 mph in about another 7, with the standing quarter in a little over 15 seconds.

R8 is best though 50 km/h is perfect if you want to put roof up in city traffic. 30km of mclaren isnt very helpful other than maybe a traffic jam
