My grandma who cant use stairs anymore said she was SO EXCITED when she heard Gem was building Spiral staircases in her castle. She was gonna use them every time when the world download is available. Don't disappoint her gem!

On the topic of sheep prevalence, in the US there are 5 million sheep… and 86 million cows, 74 million pigs, and 1.5 billion chickens. Sheep are shockingly rare here compared to other farm animals.

I was just watching Mumbo's VOD and Gem making fun of him for showing up with only one water bucket is even funnier now, because he wasn't even carrying one. He had to stop by his base first and CRAFT a bucket before showing up lol Also I would genuinely love to see a full showcase of all your pokemon cards and your pokedex binder if that's something you want to do. Even a stream where you just sort cards would be so fun and chill

how about making your tavern your "overflow shop" aka the real one. Then put up a shop in the district with minimal stock (like 1 stack of whatever) and a sign telling people to visit the overflow shop if out of stock ... then you will maybe get more visitors in your base. (complaints of course but more visitors). or something like that.

There are definitely some strategies that the Hermits have not tried because they have fallen into a common meta it seems. You could almost say, they are "following like sheep."

I think JoeHills has the best "shop" by his base. The socialist ''hey come grab anything you want" to help fellow hermits. The amount of people like Impy and XB that have give Gem diorite for free or a trade; or who helped Tango with things for his mountains. I saw a few people asking why Ren's wool shop was so cheap, because he is nice. Or when people are in the comments talking about "stealing" from peoples farms. Yeah Scar knows if he asks Impulse for a stack of Shulker shells he will be gifted it. I've enjoyed the builds of shops, but one of my favourites was the Series 6 iTrade, Impulse just made his trading hall in the shopping district because he knew everyone would benefit from it. I won't police how anyone else plays Minecraft but what I enjoy watching is friends sharing and having fun. And when I play with my friends, I have sometimes experience them not wanting to have any gifts but sometimes they are really happy when they don't have to grind and can just share a farm or share the stone from my big storage system. I often joke with my friend that HC shouldn't have a 'shopping district' but have a 'storage district'. Much like Beefs B4B shop and Joe Hills free resources dock, it'd be like the old Hermits Helping Hermits on a massive scale, anyone who wants to can just store excess resources in a "community chest"
