Old habits die hard with the abs forwards, we dont have that mongrel just yet but i did see improvements from last week. More time under this regime and we shoukd we looking the goods come world cup time bar injuries. Another 15 x test matches this year dam!!!! Cant wait to see tye development of this group

Wallace had a nightmare of a game, Ardie needs more time on the bench... the ABs got better when he went off. Need to improve (particularly defence) a bit for Ireland and a LOT for South Africa... maybe Tana needs to ask CJ for some tips.
