You've reached the end
And its always the villains with Crooked nose, chubby, thin lips or they have dark skin .. Like bro having them is not ugly. It's what makes u unique;)
"Its okay to have organs" "Every cartoon character who is snached:nah we'll pass"
Legit grew up being told we needed to be thin
that paired w all the characters that look like normal girls being the “ugly comic relief”
Honestly social media does more damage than these cartoons ever did. I knew I wasn’t supposed to look like a cartoon character but social media can have you feeling like a freak for having pores.
I was too dumb to think about anything, I just watched shows for the entertainment
Starfire is literally in a show where everyone’s body proportions is all fucked up. You can’t blame her.
Yeah I wanted to look like a cartoon pony after watching mlp
For me it wasn't the cartoons or Barbie dolls that made me feel bad about my body. If was hearing the media talk about women's bodies, specifically the Kardashian's being slim thick and boys talking about how attractive that was
I never really felt insecure watching animated or drawn bodies, it is always exaggerated so it doesn’t feel like a beauty standard, just a unique art style. But seeing real people on tv talk about beauty and then showing a thin and curvy woman did Edit: I don’t want to be that person but I didn’t expect this comment to blow up, please stay respectful and don’t spread misinformation or hate
“It’s not that deep they’re just Disney princesses” But it is that deep because these fictional characters are who we admire as children. They are teaching children that they have to be thin to be beautiful and loved.
Low-key once when I was like 6-8 my older brother told me why Dont you look like them. And I started crying a little
Every Pixar mom, especially the incredibles lol
damn cartoons changed, i forget how slim the winx club girls actually were lol
Instead of making me insecure it made me bisexual..
I showed this to my sister and she just went oh alright and went back to eating her chicken nuggets 😭😭
Actually cartoons and dolls never made me feel bad about my body. Adults did. Mostly women
Never really cared about girls being skinny in cartoons, i mean it's literally a cartoon they can go as exaggerated as they want 😭 What really made me started feeling insecure was kpop idols because they were real-
I didn’t realize how insane it looks until now, I used to love winx 😭
Lowkey didn’t even notice✌️
