I’m not saying he’s a runner, but if he’s got six bikes, you can’t convince me he don’t have a shop / garage with something he can use to hang up the plate with even temporary, maybe it’s laziness but for me personally i don’t slip up on that kinda stuff idk

Is it different there because at least where i live it doesn't matter how many bikes you have each one needs their own plate just like cars you aren't allowed to switch plates between vehicles
