Anya, I know you've probably already finalized the menu for your cafe, but I wanted to suggest Creme Brulee Latte! I had one once at a small local coffee shop, and it was incredible. They even topped it with a crackable caramelized sugar crust, just like a real creme brulee. It was divine. Just a suggestion 😅 oh and it was a hot drink.
