What a solid version preview, I cant wait to dive into this new version. Im very surprised about the quality and polish of Endfield, considering this is the studios first 3D live service game. Just in terms of performance, stability, cut scenes, texture and model quality this game has already surprised me. I could type a whole essay about the things that make Endfield feel special to me. I also really appreciate the last few minutes of the preview that gives us a bit more context about the team behind it and their thoughts. I have a feeling this studio will do even better in the future. This is also the part that makes me a bit more cautious. I had a similar feeling before during the early phases of another gacha game. Although this other game had a much rougher start, it got optimized steadily, the devs listened to feedback and showed appreciation and dedication. Now this game has become almost too big to fail, and after realizing that, they started to get very greedy, stopped optimizing, getting less personal/creative and transitioned into a money making machine using every way possible to make more money. I hope this will never be the case for Hypergryph and they stay a private company to keep their independence.

I'll always have faith that the game will get better and better in the future so let's continue moving forward together, as always! It makes me sad to read so many people begging the developers not to give up or claiming they will support the game for whatever time it has left, as if the servers were about to shut down. They had the third-best launch in gacha history and made so much money in the first week that they could maintain the game for two years without generating any revenue, but hate farmers like Saintontas have made the community believe that Endfield is on the brink of collapse.
