The Kate match is exactly why we need replays or something because there's no way for you to tell this behaviour without having aura-reading yourself I feel like.

Nea having the prestige icon despite not having the right prestige level is probably the funniest way you can expose yourself as a cheater

16:37 The other Nea also has no badge or banner, which apparently are reset when you boot the game up with cheats, so cheaters need to reequip them every time they log in which inevitably will often lead to forgetting to do so. Not a guaranteed tell but when you add that to the laundry list of sussiness it gives more credence. Bill also has a banner which isn’t out yet? Yeah, I’m calling it, they were all cheaters.

One could argue the Kate was looking at the direction she heard the chainsaw from but her character staring at you through the walls at the bathroom whenever you moved just doesn’t seem realistic in the slightest

When Kate's aura is revealed, you can visibly see her track Otz's position through the wall by the way her head moves.

Losing a gen early is perfectly fine, it expected at this point. Losing a gen in the first 36 seconds is bonkers and feels awful.

Asia is notorious for wallhacking survivors. All day long i'd slap on pre rework vanity mirror myers and catch people to turn in watching their head tracking me through walls or tall tiles. ALL. The time. Mainly China > Korea > Russia > Japan in that order. Seldom ever Japan but you'd see them.

This game urgently needs a feature that lets you replay your matches in free camera or spectator mode, so you can spot inconsistencies or obvious cheats that you might not have noticed.

About the Kate you can see the head of her character perfectly following you, even with sounds there would be at least a delay but she's staring at you dead in the eyes every time. Also she gave herself a 5% speed boost for like 1-2s at 10:05 when she sees you going for lunge, for me it's 100% cheating.

I miss when survivors bullied the cheaters with the killer.

Honestly we need more aggressive measures in dealing with cheaters they are getting too common and the subtle ones are seriously ruining the game because you can never know anymore especially with so many perks and variables and diminishing returns etc..... Many games add replay features to allow for intelligent reports. DBD should have that but the game is coded like spaghetti so I imagine they would just say it's impossible and can't be done. (Which would be untrue if so as It could be done, the game runs in UE5 and no matter how spaghetti coded the game is it CAN be done with a fair bit of elbow grease. UE5 literally has the ability to do this built into it's framework)
