Good for this guy that he isent afraid to really slam on the front brake. The front end jump as he stopped shows the front suspension was under some really heavy load from that braking. Many riders are not comfident enough to do that.

I recently saw a clip where a biker probably had 3x as long to stop going the same speed and still slammed into the persons car. People were trying to defend that! This really puts it into perspective.

The UPS truck caused that blind spot. This is why you don't pull into the middle of an intersection to wait for an opening when turning. You can see they moved the lines back much further than the old ones use to be for this reason. I know everyone does it, but it doesn't make it any less stupid.

This is one of these accidents that would have really been nobody's fault honestly because the car can't see you coming from behind that UPS truck and the car wasn't even going fast so it's not like they was trying to intentionally hit you either. You always got to remember sometime. They can't see you. I ride myself. I learned that cuz I drive my car too and I had people on bikes shoot out of nowhere where I couldn't see them and I wasn't even going fast. They was just going fast. I ain't got nothing against you going fast cuz I do the same damn thing. I be rolling but I'm not a hypocrite I know sometimes I'm probably going too fast for people spot me, also sometime I'm in my car. Got my music blasting loud bugging to it. I can't hear your motorcycle coming. I can barely hear the fire department behind me. Like I said I'm not a hypocrite and I sometime understand I could be me blowing down the road on my bike like I don't ride crotch rockets no more though, I retired from doing that. Right now I just ride a 2022 Kawasaki versus 1000 but I'll be blowing on that thing too. Can't lean like I used to on that because that thing top heavy as hell. But I still be pushing that damn thing. I try not to do no Willies on it. I had to kick at least three of them on there when I first bought it. You know how that go. You just got to bust a wheelie or two but I ain't going to be doing that on that bike cost me too much damn money. You know damn well. When you be in your car you be bugging listening to your music. You can't hear all that stuff coming and you can't always hear motorcycles flying down the road or notice them cuz you know how fast you be going. Don't be hit. Don't be no hypocrite

Was his motorcycle legally in the right? Yeah, he was in the straight lane and left turns have to yield to him. Was he driving defensively when he's a squishy two-wheeled projectile and his view was obstructed? Nope.
