Great cop. Making a routine stop into a educational video means he’s for real. He wants to lead by example and wants to show is is human. Very humble for his age and I do think this man will on become a better man. True leadership

I really don't understand cops sometimes. If you stay on the bike, they either knock you off or grab your keys, because they think you are going to run. So when you get off the bike, you would think you are demonstrating you're not going to flee, but they get upset about that too. It's bizarre.
