Who wrote this horrific trashpile of a script for a courtroom scene
You can tell it's fictional because she was immediately relieved of her position and not put on paid leave.
She really thinks she’s Saul Goodman 😭 ✌️
So she deliberately altered evidence and represented it as real Why wasn't she held in contempt she has brought fraudulent evidence into court than admitted that she altered it
It is really easy to manipulate video but there are video forensics and digital footprints that tell no lies
In real life, courtrooms aint this dramatic 🤣
Objection not a form of a question, badgering, argumentative. Defense council is so shit.
Digitally doctoring existing evidence and then presenting it as the 'real video' until someone called her on it? I'd hope if this was real life, that lawyer would have been tossed out of that courtroom and had their licence revoked.
“You’re girlfriend broke up with you because you weren’t ‘tough enough’ “ Why is there no objection? Speculation and slightly argumentative?
Thats a felony tampering with evidence. Should have been arrested in court by the baliff immediately because she admitted it.
Another thing to note is that even in a criminal trial, when a plaintiff is asking a question the opposing counsel is ALWAYS allowed to raise objections and state a reason why. The judge blocking the objection just to hear what the question will be and force an answer even with the prior context would be grounds for a retrial in the future, potentially providing an overruling of the verdict if it was against the defense.
"Couldnt find the weapon" when theres a river right next to scene
"I had the evidence altered just to prove how easy it is to manipulate video evidence"... Too bad you couldn't also remove the gun that was found thanks to said evidence... Like, what was even her point in doing that?
Defense attorney should have been arrested and charged never to be seen on the show again.
Most unrealistic part about this is the cop being punished
You can tell it's fiction because they fired her instead of giving her a paid vacation.
Peter Griffin x Cleveland Jr ahh situation
Yeah not only would that get you disbard but it would also get you arrested. You can't alter evidence and then present it to the court. That's a crime.
The writers have no idea how any of this works
Wait. So the actual footage has the gun going into the water. She doctored the video to make the case that a video could be doctored, in efforts to ultimately say the gun footage was doctored to include the gun? Ok, but the gun was actually found. Was ballistics performed to verify if the gun found was the gun that shot the round that hit the officer?
