22:17 It's actually not 40 000 blocks, that's for the solid volume. If you do the math, the block is 22 by 14 by 131 in size, which is 40 348. It's one block thick, so the air part is two blocks smaller (one block in either wall), so 20 by 12 by 129, which is 30 960. So the actual amount of bone block in the shape is 40 348 minus 30 960, which is only 9 388. It seems the Minecraft command just gives you the entire volume of the blocks which where modified, including the hollow/air part.
