This situation made me realise how dumb I was for paying the plus. We pay for the console, we pay for the game, we pay for the internet and we need to pay to play online like wtf 💿🤢

This should be obvious but a REMINDER to all the people who somehow still don’t get it: A company that disrespects you/your rights is not worth A CENT of your hard earned cash.

They've tried this strategy with the PSPgo. We all know how well that did.
The old Sony execs understood gaming culture, this is not only about profit margins. Yeah its pretty obvious they are going to make a lot more money in the short term but i would argue at the cost of their core audience trust and loyalty, they forgot what made them successful in the first place, they cycled in new blood but forgot the fckng culture that made them resonate with their audience in the first four Playstation generations.
