WASPS...Cut a plastic bottle: Take an empty 2-liter soda bottle and cut it about one-third of the way down from the top. Make a funnel: Flip the cut-off top portion upside down and nestle it inside the bottom portion to create a funnel. Add bait and soap: Fill the bottom with a mixture of water, a spoonful of jam or sugar, and a single drop of dish soap. The soap breaks the surface tension of the liquid, causing the wasp to fall in and drown once it enters the funnel.
