It is the most common thing to feel overwhelmed by your space and have that flow into other areas of life. You've made productive and smart steps to manage it and will likely feel a whole lot better when your space is how you want it xx

Pleeeease document this organisation process!! Everything you have described could be me!! For example I want to hang picture or family photos on the walls but then deciding which ones becomes overwhelming so I don’t do it at all!! I want to renovate my bathrooms but choosing the actual aesthetic is overwhelming. 😫

Hello my darling, I am sure you already have a trillion comments similar, but I wanted to try and give you a minute to take a breath. Turning 30 will be the absolute best and that anxiety to “be in your 30’s” will hopefully dissipate within the first year. I never want to give false security because obviously that was my experience (turning 35 this August) however, if it brings you any peace knowing that you will turn 30 and be fabulous with whatever is going on in your life at the time!! You are FABULOUS at any age, so try to enjoy these next few months of your 20’s if you can - it will all workout. ✨

Hi Rachel I’m from New Zealand 🇳🇿 I’m much the same, hoarding a lot of clothes, makeup, accessories, it’s hard to be brutal when decluttering, my motivation is to watch decluttering tiktoks and start with one thing at a time, this will help to make you think “have I used/worn this the past several months or the past year?” If the answer is no, I get rid of it. I know no everyone can think like that but it’s helped me a lot and maybe this technique could help you. I love things being clean and tidy too which is why I decided to do this and in my head “less is more”, I keep makeup to a minimum now because it all has a shelf life once opened and I just try to use up with what I have otherwise it goes off and is a waste of space and waste of money. It all comes down to what is going on in your life and how to manage your stress and anxiety levels ❤ love your videos and how you share true emotions and struggles that others can relate to 😊
