Ngl it would be kinda cool if they made a "ruined" version of the straw bed that gets left behind after you sleep in it. The more little hints that "someone has been here before", the more interesting exploring multiplayer worlds will be.

I can't believe this is actually in the game now. It's "too much like a mod" and that's exactly why I love it. It's out of Minecraft's usual comfort zone.

Minecraft has effectively given us 16 unique mushrooms, what an insane block for every builder.
The improved transparency option isn't for how transparent objects look, but how certain things render behind transparency. During that section, you can see that when it is ON, you're able to see the clouds behind the glass. When it's off however, the clouds disappear behind the glass. This issue (and other similar things), is what "Improved Transparency" is trying to fix.

one feature from the cushions you missed is that when they say any flat surface, it is really any flat surface, the step on a stair block for example, the border on a shelve, the extra detail that exists on anvils, etc, not only that, but it can be in the middle of blocks too, a chest for example, not only can you put the cushion top top, but if you aim at the block below the chest you can put a cushion around the bottom of the chest, and the same applies to fences, torches, pots, chains, etc, basically anything, even layers in a composter can have a cushion on top
The cushions are objectively wild, and finally a good feature that everyone will like by mojang, what a rush
Those cushions feel like a boundary of game design has been broken, and I'm all for it. I love how it still feels like it fits the "no furniture for minecraft" philosophy. It's not a chair BLOCK, but it allows people to easily their own chairs and couches. Iove it
They should add a new mechanic with cushions and cats- a cat will wander within 16 blocks of any cushion, so you don’t need to keep your pets sitting constantly!
Potion recipe is actually bigger than you'd expect, cuz this is the first time recipes can take items with components! This is possibly a test for adding that capability to other recipe types!
They should add a way where cats and dogs can lay down on the cushion block, it'd be so cute
Finally, a true half slab
