It really is that simple, eat less food...

5'2", 48.5 kg 70 years, been the same weight since 18 years of age. People have always hated me, especially women.... "something wrong with you?!!"; "Why don't you put some weight on?!?!, you look emaciated!! ", "you still haven't put any weight on have you!!!?". Like it's a crime to be small boned. I tell them now - you're just used to looking at yourself in the mirror, you think that's normal! Or You can't fatten a thoroughbred!! But usually I'm too damn polite!!!!🤪

True people get angry at me too. I am size 8

If you tell them eating less helps they get angry ,im needing to shift some now but its only cos ive been doing wine cheese fridays

😅😅😅 they don’t *like me* either for being slim 🤦🏻‍♂️ Also other observations: 1) when I’m clean shaven and 2) when I’m not wearing sunglasses and/or 3) wearing new clothes🤷🏻‍♂️ (Perceived and treated differently) I’ve read a book called ‘The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*** that helped. Before that I became a good blender inner 🧔‍♂️ 🕶️🦺 ⚖️

Aye, I'm 61, still skinny, 6ft and 32 waist. I never was one to eat every last mouthful, the massive plates of foods I see folks eat.....
