If you want to drive below the speed limit, why not pull over occasionally and let delayed traffic pass? It's much better than frustrating other road users.

Getting up to speed is a important part of learning to drive competently. It allows the the traffic to flow, avoiding congestion and minimising pollution. Its also about consideration to other road users whom actually need to get around in our busy lifes. Driving half the speed limit is not acceptable and imo its driving without due care and attention and Selfish

All because of road says it’s 60 miles an hour that does not necessarily mean you have to do 60 miles an hour it’s the maximum speed for that road not the minimum

People forget the roads are a tool to enable people to travel and goods to move. Sometimes conditions mean you might not be able to drive towards the limit, however usually the limit is perfectly acceptable in modern cars. Driving like this causes frustration and dangerous overtakes,

60 is the maximum not what you should be driving at . In the U.K. we have loads of roads that are a 60 limit that are not suitable to drive at anywhere near that speed .
