"oh I can dash" never dashes again
I wonder if Arin’s pokemon team will all be crabs… considering it’ll take a eons before they reach the elite four without wiping.
Are you a-having fun? Me toooooo. Do you like to play crab games? A-me tooooooo
"DO YOU EAT DA CRAB?! Me toooooo"
If only there was a way to avoid attacks, am I right guys? Maybe something like a dash ability.
0:16 Binary says "World ends in 2069".
Its a good thing crabs arent into cash
Learns theres a dash move, permanently forgets 30 seconds later.
CRABIFICATION! IT’S TIME!!! 🦀🦀
Finding out Dan is friends with Chris through Sierra games is so wholesome! Now we just need a brief dossier summarizing the things they misremember/misunderstood from DR... mainly V3.
23:46 - Danganronpa 2x2 comes out Early 2027 and is a remade version of D2 but with a whole new story mode where different things happen right from the beginning.
i've heard the V sync conversation as many times as the intro jingle
I think one of my favourite things about this game - besides being fun and replayable with the amount of variations you can have with your evolutions - is that you can check info on every evolution and you get some fun facts related to the creature pictured or the evolution itself. You learn WHILE you play, and it's super cute. Also, our lil blob's name is Darwin! 🧡
15:29 arin learning the dash ando not using it Is actually infuriating
It makes me SO happy that Dan has become friends Gundam.
It's a Roguelite Arin, not an Incremental game lol this is why I love GG, it makes me feel like I'm a god at games after watching Arin stumble his way ass backwards through them. Dashes at the start of every game, says "Oh I got dash" and then never dashes... Reads half the text explaining that you can adjust your loadout on the left,, but only read up the 'loadout' and never changes it... Gets DNA points from bosses but never looks at the icons on the bottom right of the level up screen to see you can either upgrade or reroll with them, but never uses them... Still had a great time watching! Hope you guys keep playing, the game is really fun and gets tricky at the later levels. AND STOP KILLING YOUR POKEMON IN THE GRUMPLOCKE RUN!!!!
Well Dan they dont have danganronpa 4 but they have Hundred Line which is like the longest visual novel ever.
In case anyone's curious what V-Sync (vertical sync) actually is: Rendering systems usually have two primary buffers (basically in-memory canvases): one for generating the next frame (the back buffer) and one the display hardware is currently reading to refresh the screen (the front buffer). When the next frame is finished rendering, the program swaps the back and front buffers, clears the new back buffer, and begins working on the next frame. When V-Sync is turned off, the swap happens immediately, even if the display is still in the middle of refreshing the current frame. That means part of the screen comes from the old frame and part from the new one, producing screen tearing. When V-Sync is turned on, the program waits until the display reaches the next refresh boundary (the vertical blank interval) before swapping the buffers. This ensures each screen refresh shows one complete frame instead of a mix of two. As Arin said, this can introduce a bit of latency, since a completed frame may have to wait for the next refresh before being shown while inputs and network events continue happening. It's usually only a few milliseconds, but in fast-paced, reaction-heavy games that delay can be noticeable.
elite reference. Don't you wanna be crab???
Oof, a game where enemies telegraph moves and situational awareness is life and death? Not a good fit for Ærin
