A couple months after I got my HMMWV, was driving and stopped to turn left into a driveway. Put on the left turn signal, stopped to wait for traffic, and then started left and some lady decided to pass me on the left (crossing a double yellow). Then she yelled at me for "stopping in the road, and turning unexpectedly". I asked what she thought my left turn signal meant, and her response was "I thought you wanted me to drive around you because you were stopped." UGH. $5000 damage to her car, and it took me 20 minutes to pound the dent out of the quarter panel behind the drivers front tire and spray some new paint.
