You are a perfect candidate for solar power. I know that whole house solar is expensive, but it is better than nothing and better than dealing with unresponsive bureaucrats. Also, many solar system manufacturers will pay for you tube advertising or offer free or reduced priced items for your you tube appraisal of their products.
