Hey Levy, I've been a long fan of yours since 2022. I stopped being into chess back when I wasn't chosen to be a chess varsity in our school. I was really feeling down because it hit me differently when I realized that there are other people better than me in one of the only things I'm good at. It shattered me and my self-confidence, that I swore to myself to not be involved in any sort of chess-related activities in my life from that point forward. But because of you, your funny jokes, the way you insult both you and your audience, your educational materials, and the way you worked hard to build what you have now, I was so inspired, and it ignited the spark I've had for this sport. You made me fall in love, yet again, with something I once hated, Mr. Rozman. Currently, I'm working my way to qualifying and winning the national championship in our country, as a youngin. To return the favor, I made this message for you to tell you that it's never too late to become a GM. I know a lot of people have publicly said you're no longer fit for the highest title, but to me, that's bs. I get that we have to be realistic like they are, and I might sound insensitive and make it sound like the title is just in our reach when the process is like squeezing water out of a stone, but please believe in yourself even more. When you said "And I trusted my gut and played Knight b4 quite fast," I almost cried because you used to doubt yourself, more so when playing against stronger opponents. I wish you'd continue saying positive sentences like that. You're inspiring people, Levy. I hope you believe in yourself as much as, if not more than, I and the people posting positive comments in your comment sections. I know you're probably content with being a content creator and an IM, but if the thought of being a GM lingers in your mind, feel free to pursue it. It'd be of a great event in the history of chess if you were to achieve the title, despite the rising of child prodigies. But no matter what happens, whatever your decision will be, we are always here to support you, the Internet's Chess Teacher.
