Here are some tips! : Whenever Barney comes and asks for a coffee, take two sips before giving it to him! And for the anomaly that bangs its head against the window, grab a coffee, take two sips (again) and give it to him, he'll leave! And if you see a patient twitching or having a hunch, it's an anomaly! And same with the photos, if, for example, a bear has the ears of a cat in the picture, it's an anomaly! For the rituals, take eye drops and extinguish them with it, it won't decrease your sanity! For the hiders, use the fire extinguisher and spray them! Oh, and one last thing! If Ron or ratthew come, don't bother checking if they're an anomaly, since they never are!

LAUREN IM EARLY OMG OMG BTW I HAVE TIPS 1.u can feed the bed monster under the bed with maple syrup if youre holding maple syrup 2.u can throw away a patient while your holding them when theyve fainted(but it might cause ghosts to spawn that drain your sanity) 3.when there is a hider(the little guy blending in with the wall) spray it with fire extinguisher 4.always do what barney asks (the guy with mustache) it will be worth it u will get a second coffee machine+2X coffee brewing speed when u give him all the coffee he wants. If you dont wanna waste coffee take two sips and leave the last sip for barney or for the guy his head on the checkout window. (U can actually give him a coffee to calm him and not waste 20 sanity 5.If a patient looks like a twizzler, or is creepily breaking his neck to look at the camera, or in the photo they dont look like they are supposes to in the check out SHUT THEM OUTTT

Give the eyes on the ceiling eyedrops! 3.use the eyedrops to extinguish the candles during death rituals 4.give barney coffe but not the scalpel 5. Use the taser to tase monsters 6.use the fire extinguisher to get rid of the slime! 7.use the fire extinguisher to get rid of the hidden monsters!

Welcome back Lauren! I have some tips for you! When a death ritual is happening get eye drops to don’t loose sanity while extinguishing the candles! If you get a batch of eyes on the roof grab eye drops and look up and use the eye drops on the eyes and then they calm! Also with the green goo use fire extinguisher to clean the up! Another trick every time the ambulance comes there is always one anomaly every time. If you look at the cameras and see a demon exit the camera fast to not loose sanity! Also one last thing, well two first. When you see the small rat whose name is “???” When he is there you will never see the stalker, second, when you do surgery stay with the patient to make sure the purple stuff doesn’t come out and you have to do it again! Hey Lauren! I also played this game and I have learned lots of new tips like…. 1. Fainted patients can go inside the trash, it won’t count as death. 3. If you ever get the ghost entity, spray it with fire extinguisher to see it, then taze it from the BACK of the ghost. 3. A surgery always starts with an IV drop 4. If a patient starts a death ritual then equip the IV drop or Eye drops while taking out candles. 5. You’ll can tell when they are an anomaly also by look at the posture and twitching, also looking at the cameras. 6. The monster under the bed can be given maple syrup to go away. 7. ALWAYS give Barney coffee, but take the first 2 sips. 8. The anomaly at the window can be given coffee, overall he’s a pretty chill guy and won’t harm you if you give it coffee! 9. The wall entity just needs the fire extinguisher like how you did earlier in the video. 10. Before starting the game, skip the doctors dialogue to save a lot of time. 11. During the anomaly attack, you’ll know which one is an anomaly if it looks at you, and durning the line up use the fire extinguisher with all the patience to prevent their death countdowns. 12. Avoid suspicious photos, it will take away sanity so just close the blinds on the anomaly. 13. Use fire extinguisher for slimes easy clean up. That’s all I really know right now! hey! just telling you some tips! - grab eyedrops when rituals are going, and when a ritual goes off, hold out your eyedrops and extinguish the candles with eye drops. - if there is a bed monster, grab maple syrup and stand in the red box. - when its shift 2 USUALLY, a head banger will come, when they come grab the coffee and sip 2/3 sips, then give the coffee to the headbanger and they wont break your glass. - if you have too many things going on at once you can throw fainted patients in the trash. - the roaring sound means you let in an anomaly, so you gotta get there asap. - if sou get too close to a ghost, then it will take away 2 sanity. - Last for this section, if barney comes shut the shuttered immediately. i went far with him and he ended up being a serial killer! sanity tips: Multiplayer: when me and my mom, sometimes me, my mom, and my dad play, we like to check sanity a lot. and whoever is at the least sanity taked it. but if you play solo, then this is what i do Solo: when im below 70 or at 70 sanity, i take the coffee asap so i dont get to 60-30. hopefully you can feature me in a vid if u play this again, and goodluck!!!
