You've reached the end
What proficient police officers not knowing that somebody should been standing by the exit.
The Number being a chess move would have made more sense if the lockers were alternating black and white offset, like a Chess Board.
4 and 2... locker #10... 4th over, 2 down?
42 is the meaning of life
As someone who owns a cheap tournament style chess set. I can attest that the rattling noise are just the cheaply glued weights that break loose after one drop or slamming it down on the board.
Maybe he had the expensive set out because it looks nice
So what was in the box?
42 to me might suggest the Ultimate answer to life the universe and everything (Hitchhikers’s Gide to the galaxy) This means that Jane should possibly be looking for a locked filing cabinet in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying Beware of the Leopard. By which I mean that his rationalisation of the answer is always shown to be correct when there are other options open.
Some of the most expensive chess sets are made in China
The footstep sound effect budget on this show was insane
Imma be real, this line of logic is dumb, i can think of plenty of reasons why you'd display the more expensive set outside of "there's a national treasure style puzzle in the cheap one", like because the expensive one looks better? You save the cheap one when you need an extra, why wouldn't you use the more expensive one if you paid all that money?
Thought for a second dude handed off something to the woman he ran into.
"Ugh" he said with satisfaction.
So secret he had to write down clues for himself
Was that Mr Bean I saw running?
Both sets were made in China, unless one's an antique.
As an avid chess player everyone I know has a cheap set they actually play with. Heck mine is the set my dad taught me on id take that before my much more expensive set if the house caught fire.
Love ❤️ PATRICK 😊
:42:
So the criminal dude could not simply memorize the number 42? He had to write it on a chess piece and hide it? 🤦🏼♂️
