Y lo más ideal es que compres el oring... Ese cable plástico se reseca y no hay sellado, no soporta gasolina.. Hagamos la mecánica bien.. Se improvisa pero, es por el momento.. Lo mejor es hacer un buen trabajo!!

La temperatura que soporta es muy baja, no importa que sea un motor pequeño, se va achicharrar, lo mejor es hacer una junta con silicon aunque sea el más barato, con cable no llega ni a los 2 días

I did that 30 years ago on the side of the road. I was on my way to meet my now wifes family for the first time. We where 2 hours late but got there. Scrap of wire and Letherman multi-tool. Made gasket for a GM throttle body fuel injection unit. Friend a cheap flea-market tool kit in the trunk.

GENTLY use a wooden, or plastic mallet: you don't want to flatten it out! Add a little silicone grease, and it will seal air at atmospheric pressures well enough to get it running temporarily... Good luck! 🖖
