the only problem i had with the live action ariel is that her hair wasn’t red enough, they could’ve easily got a red wig or something EDIT: if you’re gonna be racist in my replies i’ll delete them idc. i only have a problem with her hair, not her skin. if someone mentions a white person playing tiana again im gonna lose my shit😭🙏

ALOPECIA IS NOT A RACE. alopecia is a condition that causes all your hair to fall out and you can't regrow it. Some of these details may be wrong, so again, please just be polite when pointing out mistakes. 2. this is not a stolen comment. AFTER i commented this did i realize someone else wrote, "Rapunzel is gonna be bald" i didn't intentionally steal their comment.

I believe swapping races is fine when it doesn’t impact the story. Ariel being a white girl? Didn’t come up as a plot point once. Tiana being discriminated against based on her skin color therefore being in a lower social class? Basically the entire point of the movie. You can’t compare apples to oranges and say they’re the same because they’re both fruit. Also, the number of people who have been telling me I “don’t understand how important this character is to European’s” I hope know I’m fully German.

My problem has always been that more people seem angry that she's black then being upset that she doesn't look the same.. (EDIT) IM TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE WHO MAKE RASIST COMMENTS!! NOT PEOPLE WHO JUST SIMPLY MENTION THAT THEY DISLIKE THE RACE SWAP IN A RESPECTFUL WAY!!!!
