Thank you for taking the time to help him. It was just mens metal health awareness month and there are so many men out there including myself that struggle with suicidal thoughts. We really do appreciate it when we're noticed and actually listened too.

I had a situation a few years back when I was going through one of the toughest parts of my life. I didnt think life could get any worse. I was driving around looking for a safe place to sleep in my car when this truck cut me off. I just lost it and went mental. Proper mega-Karen road rage. Anyway, the drivers door opened and this absolute tank of a man got out. Like HUGE, skin head. Made Schwarzeegger look like a school girl. My heart sank as I knew I was in for the beating of my life. This guy simply asked "you okay?" and I broke down. He sat with me and listened and i'll never forget his kindness. That was enough to turn my mindset around and I got myself out of the state of mind. You never know what someone is going through, so be kind.

Man I lost 5 of my friends this year. Terry died of a train accident, Jackson killed himself from a overdose, Plead Dime died from suicide too. Lost so many friends. I'm 16 but from all the PL stuff my spine is cooked and I'm still training 5 days a week. It's not the same without my boys I wish I did more I wish I could've saved em. But I couldn't. So next year should be my last nationals, idk how much longer I got. But for whatever it's worth I want everyone to know ur loved and appreciated. I feel guilt not trying to live longer I just want to be with my bros. But I want y'all to be strong, people r watching over u. Take care y'all, remember, that ur time is short, life rlly passes by in a flash. Appreciate the small moments. Love you all.
