Renee I know you struggle with misophonia, so you can definitely understand this but I just wanted to say that it's really hard to watch content with slurping noises & open-mouth chewing and sometimes that does turn me off from watching your content when it comes up. Not trying to criticize, but just sharing because I know other people struggle a lot with that as well and maybe it's something you want to consider when filming in the future!

Both New Balances look like gym shoes. You need proper running shoes like New Balance 1080, Brooks, Hoka, Asics etc. Go into The Athlete's Foot to get properly sized and fitted for runners!

It’s strange because I don’t even socialize that much, but just replying to messages or keeping up with calls feels exhausting , What’s weird is that I don’t remember hearing about this being such a common issue until recent years . maybe social media has something to do with it. but I’ve always wondered about it.

Jas- just something to note regarding your skin breaking out (not sure if you’re doing this already). But I found with my skin, when I was using a cleanser each day I found that it was damaging my skin barrier and was breaking out more. So I switched to only cleansing once or twice a week. This really helped to rebuild my skin barrier up and then just using a moisturiser or a hydrating toner. Using lots of skin products can clog your pores which can then lead to more breakouts. Anyway!
