My observations: 1. Nota asks the right questions. He knows how to steer the conversation in a way that helps the audience learn something. He doesn't just let guests talk—he digs deeper and gets them to explain things that people actually want to understand. 2. Sfiso comes across as a bit too agreeable. Instead of challenging certain points or asking follow-up questions, he often just goes along with what's being said. If he knows the industry as well as he says he does, this is where he could show it by asking insightful questions and adding more value to the conversation. 3. Thakgi is still finding his feet, and that's okay. One thing I'd suggest is being more present during the interviews. Typing on his phone while guests are talking can make it look like he's not fully engaged. In this interview, he also missed a great opportunity to ask where Lekompo is heading as a genre. Since he's clearly passionate about Lekompo, that would've been the perfect chance to get the guest's perspective and bring something interesting to the audience.
