Crenshanda Williams in Houston hung up on thousands of emergency calls over a year and a half. Her excuse, was she just didn't feel like talking to them at that time.
She absolutely deserves jail time, and if any of those hang up calls that resulted in death should be a charge for manslaughter
this seems exactly like every government employee I've ever dealt with.
This is why these types of employees need to be screened for major personality disorders. They operate on a totally different level, and they actually don't understand what "everyone's issue is". And, that whole betrayal/coffee pod situation, people with these disorders actually think that way.

20 years ago there was a murder going on 2 floors up on the 3rd floor. We heard yelling, screaming, slamming. I called 911 and while I was on the phone I heard this big flop like noise outside. Turns out this young man, 21, jumped from the 3rd floor to save his life. They pulled out a knife to kill him. I told the operator he jumped and was on the ground. She said, "Sir! So you are trying to tell me, Plop, someone jumped from the 3rd floor and landed on the ground?" She didn't believe me and hung up... about 4 hours later the cops showed up, got the manager to open up the apartment... When they came down the stairs I asked them if they wanted to see where he landed and all the cops said, "Sir you probably just saw a deer." It was just bizarre. Well detectives showed up the next morning because the kid got up and ran while I was on the phone and made it to his girlfriends and she took him to an emergency room out of the county because he was afraid they would be waiting for him at the local hospital. How I found all this out was, we all got called to the Trial. We heard all the 911 calls begging for help, we heard testimony and description of what happened. My biggest shock was that 12 neighbors called 911 repeatedly about the same incident and same location/ address and not 1 911 operator took anyone serious and never sent the police. Personally I think they were paid off some how by the guys who did it.,... The D.A. was blown away this many people called for help and not 1 operator sent help the entire time. Oh almost forgot. The police that came hours later saw blood stains on the floor and walls and smashed furniture and wrote it off like nothing happened. Note: this ordeal went on for a while. Apparently 2 guys were holding him down while the other one whipped him with a belt and then started stomping on his head. Then when he went to get a knife in the kitchen the kid got a burst of adrenaline, escaped, ran and smashed through the sliding glass window and jumped off the balcony. Here's the worst part. It was a slow night at the police department. They had plenty of people to respond.
Telling him to stop yelling after telling him to speak up is CRAZY work
This reminds me of the true story of the woman who was mocked by a female 911 operator, on her last shift, while trapped in her car in floods. She drowned and the operator faced no legal repurcussions. It makes me sick knowing that this must happen more than we realize.
Those operators not helping should have mandatory jail sentence
These type of people exist in real life.
