You've reached the end
That poor baby could’ve ended up so much worse
The baby tumbling down the stairs made my heart SINK. I can’t believe someone could just leave a baby unattended upstairs. Seriously sickening.
Imagine there was no camera
To leave the baby by themselves alone on the second floor is crazy work😔
She had to have been stoned, the alarm was really loud & the baby was crying. Either way, sleeping on the job is never a good look. Her asking for payment after the poor baby got hurt is absolutely terrible. I'm glad the mother is pressing charges, hopefully the baby is ok.
Of course she shouldn't be paid. She should be held responsible for child neglect as well.
Should she still be paid after this? 👀 A Quick Note - According to the mom when reviewing surveillance, the babysitter went upstairs with the toddler and gave her books and toys thinking that she was going to play with her. However, she soon realized later that it was to distract the baby, thinking she wouldn’t wander around. She states that the nanny went downstairs and “intentionally falls asleep” because she “got so comfy” and “cover[ed] herself with the blanket” She also explains that she has 3 gates which the babysitter could’ve used, but due to the strange layout of the stairs, it’s not the most practical/stable for use, noting “my baby should have never been unattended.”
The audacity to still ask for money after that
Arrest for child neglect, immediately 🤬
She’s so lucky that baby wasn’t seriously hurt. I’d press every charge I could.
Def should have a baby gate at the top and bottom of stairs with a toddler but the baby sitter sleeping is unacceptable
Some people sleep heavy, but if you know youre that tired you better drink some coffee and do a lap or something. Sleep on the floor with the baby with the door closed, something.
I can hear the baby sitter bragging to her friends before this.... " i get paid to sleep all day"....
I'm so glad we didn't blur the face of this bad babysitter
For her to get upset at the parent and say " I KNOW SORRY!! " is mind blowing but then to turn around and ask for payment!! Thats just insane!!
to ask for payment after letting her kid tumble down stairs is crazy work. shes paying you to watch her kids not be a sleeping oaf she better not have been paid
The way she said “i know it’s not an excuse” was so slurred. I know she was just asleep, but according to the explanation, she wasn’t asleep for THAT long… So, sounds to me like she’s drunk or hung over.
And she was expecting payment after all that? Insanity!
The moment that baby got harmed even if it was unintentional immediately makes all your "work" as a "baby sitter" invalid. Thats literally your one job, to watch over the kid and keep them from harm's way. Yet she still thought she could get paid? That's crazy.
I'd literally have her arrested for child neglect
