Congratulations, Tata has repeated the same story that was done first with Curvv EV , then harrier EV now Sierra EV Citizens should Wait for some time to get the real prices . “ First create hype , it started with Curvv EV , then harrier EV now Sierra EV . Introduce hyped dubious pricing stating as introductory prices and then deceive the first adopters by reducing the prices with in 12 months . Proof Curvv EV 45 abd 55 one year back , now rebadged it as series x and fooled the first adopters . Always be realistic , concentrate on fit and finish , improve servicing ( many servicing personal lack basic knowledge ) , fix the software glitches , provide on the air updates ( it’s pathetic to go and beg the service people to update the system as they are reluctant to do many times customers have to remind them ), improve communication from your customer care department. Thats the need of hour not your gimmicks . In Curvv EV you showed that it can take on steep hills like sandakapu , agreed that makes sense as most urbanites would like to have holiday foods hill stations ( provided charging infrastructure is available ) . Second with Tata harrier EV you showed a commercial with elephant rock climb and water wading stunt who on earth with family would dare to do that . Now with sierra EV yes it a tough task and the vehicle has climbed but for daily purpose is this the task absolutely not . A customer would like to have a vehicle with uniform finish lines , problem free software , good service ( with qualified technicians ) , app with out issues ( one cannot book service appointment through your Ira. EV app for Curvv EV ) . Foremost don’t deceive the first adopters like you did in Curvv EV and all the first adopters should be compensated by refund or at least 3 years of extended warranty, that make sense . MR Shailesh Chandra and the team has deceived thousands of first adopters of Curvv EV with hyped dubious prices with in 12 months that amounts to cheating and back stabbing . MORAL OF STORY ,DONT TRUST THEM , IF YOU ARE STILL KEEN WAIT FOR ONE YEAR , MANY PROBLEMS WILL BE FIXED AND ACCURATE PRICES WILL ALSO BE OFFERED . Customers should appreciate it . Not the company boasting about it . Resale value is even horrible . Most unreliable cars all tata cars .
