Learned in Texas... Please remember Molly's paws in the heat..If you cannot stand barefoot...she cannot either. The asphalt can/will burn her feet, maybe walk on the side in the grass for her.

That clothes line attached to the handrail is so neat. I have never seen one before.
For shade over the hot tub, you could just set up a 2x2m pop up gazebo which can just be erected when you need it and removed and stored away when you don't. You can add a side or 2 if necessary. Simples! 😊
