I am actually on the train quite a lot. In germany we have airconditioning there. And also extreme temperatures……

I did/tried the oxyshred for like 2-4 weeks first thing in the morning as they suggest….. but now I am back to using it as a preworkout. Since yesterday actually. I felt tired during my workouts later in the day when I took it in the morning and not right before. I am addicted to coffee and also love to have it on an empty stomach unfortunately. (Its bad for ur hormones). But I ran out off coffee so I gave it a shot. But its also way too sweet even if u technically get used to it. But the caffeine in it I now feel resistant to if that makes sense. But its good because thats what was putting me off from using it a lot.
