GTA VI is the trojan horse to bring about more soon to be industry predatory monetary practices, and people will claim to stand against it... meanwhile record sales will still happen by a long shot. We did talk about this months ago, I truly believed GTA VI would bring about the first $100 game... and despite a $80 version exists... the true complete base version exists at $100, and still... a CODE IN A BOX.

I'm done with future consoles when a PS6 will cost between 1200 and 1500 dollars. I have a PS5, PS3, PS2, Nintendo NES and Super NES so I'm good. Screw greedy AI companies.
Surprisingly Nintendo pulled off the smartest move. Using a 8nm(10nm) node, and less RAM and SSD storage then its competitors helps them keep the price at reasonable levels despite scarcity. Consoles were never about the cutting-edge, but delivery great performance at a good price.
I can't see a 1000$ ps6 and xbox base models selling well.
